In 1972 our business started with Spinning operations, and in 1974, Weaving operations was added.
In 1980, garment operations was added in our company's line of business and since then, the division has expanded rapidly to become a leading garment manufacturer in Indonesia. The division has evolved and prides itself to be one of the most highly engineered facilities in this part of the world. With our in-house ERP system integrated with renowned planning and motion softwares from third parties, we are re-engineering our management platform that every process is quantitatively measurable.
Besides our reliance on process engineering and efective management tool to continuously improve our efficiency, the employment of automation and high-tech aids is never neglected. Starting with our Pre-Production Technical Team, our sample making is equipped with 3D computer marker to review fit before making, auto spreaders are used on cutting tables, real-time monitoring of sewing output and line balancing, while suppoerted by a fully integrated industrial engineering system.
